Description
The Polvanera estate is located in Puglia between Acquaviva Delle Fonti and Gioia del Colle (just 20 minutes away from Matera) in a terroir that has always had an agricultural vocation, nestling deep in a unique landscape of vineyards, dry stone walls and oak barrels. Filippo Cassano, owner and winemaker has always wanted to focus on pure winemaking and an ORGANIC way of working with the aim of enhancing the Primitivo grape and other autochthonous vines. The Cantina, unusual and rather distinctive, is dug eight meters into the limestone rock, which offers the perfect atmospheric conditions for the wines to age and mature. We present the Bag-in-Box ORGANIC rosé wine Puglia IGT 12%, made from Aglianico, Aleatico and Primitivo grapes.
