Description
The Sgaly farm was founded in the distant 1800s by the forefathers of the Sgalippa family on the rolling hills of the Marche region, in the province of Ascoli Piceno. Lands that have always been dedicated to viticulture, immediately gave excellent results with the Montepulciano, Barbera, Passerina and Chardonnay vines. In the second half of the 90s a company restructuring plan began which envisages the introduction of an innovative production philosophy based on the sacrosanct respect for the environment and therefore oriented towards obtaining healthy and genuine grapes, which had its fulfillment in 2004 with the adhesion you have disciplinary of certified ORGANIC Agriculture . On all 10 hours of the company planted with vines (which are located at m. 300 s.l.m.) daily efforts and commitment are enhanced in the fine wines that the Sgalippa family markets under the SGALY brand.
