All published prices include 22% VAT.
Published prices of products and offers may change. diVINO SFUSO Shop reserves the right to make changes without notice.
Shipments in ITALY will be made by Express Courier, maximum delivery in 3 working days.
Shipments to SARDINIA, SICILY and minor Italian islands will be made by Express Courier, maximum delivery in 5 working days.
INTERNATIONAL shipments will be made by international courier, maximum delivery in 7 working days.
The DELIVERY SERVICE BY APPOINTMENT is not provided. Any request for this service costs €10.00 to be paid to diVINO SFUSO SHOP at the time of payment for the order.
The methods of payment accepted are PayPal, bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery.
The shipment will always be accompanied by a legitimate tax receipt. Invoice requests must be made by the customer when ordering.
No change will be possible after the issuance of the tax certificate.
Once the order is received, diVINO SFUSO Shop reserves the right to verify the availability of the products and to promptly notify non-acceptance of that order.
Once the order has been accepted by diVINO SFUSO Shop, an order summary email will be automatically sent to your e-mail inbox displaying all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify that they are correct and to promptly notify us of any corrections.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the goods contained within the shipping boxes. In case of damage, the customer MUST accept delivery of the goods but write “DELIVERY ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION” on the Transport Document and document the condition and type of Bag-in-Box and shipping packing by photographing them. The customer must then notify us by email (attaching the photographs) to info@divinosfuso.it or by telephone on 055 4377595 what happened. Instructions for reimbursement or replacement of ONLY goods which have been damaged will then be notified.
At the time of delivery, if a multi-package shipment (i.e. consisting of more than one box) is incomplete (i.e. missing one or more packages), the customer has the right to reject the consignment and return the shipment by writing “REJECTED BECAUSE INCOMPLETE” on the transport document. Nevertheless, the customer still has the right to accept delivery of an incomplete multi-item shipment if some packages are still in transit with the courier, who shall undertake to rapidly deliver the outstanding items of the consignment. In this case, the customer is required to write “DELIVERY ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION” on the transport document. The customer must then make a notification by email to info@divinosfuso.it or by phone on +39 055 4377595 about the circumstances of the case. diVINO SFUSO reserves the right not to refund or pay damages if the customer DOES NOT comply with these instructions.
Failure to comply with this procedure will result in the goods not being refunded or replaced.
In the event that a product proves to be defective in colour/smell/taste, please follow this procedure:
Please send an e-mail to info@divinosfuso.it within 7 days of receiving the goods, including the order number, order date, receipt or invoice number, IBAN or bank details. Once the claim has been verified as being genuine, the replacement goods will be sent to you at our expense, or you will be reimbursed up to the amount of your order.
No claims for damages arising out of any delay in delivering the replacement goods may be made.
The courier handling the consignment will deliver it ONLY to the ground floor of the address notified by the customer, which is the entrance door of a building, entrance gate of independent dwellings, doors of commercial activities or professional offices. Deliveries are not made to any other floor of the building.
The sale of alcoholic products is prohibited to minors
According to Italian Law of 8 November 2012 which enacts Italian Decree Law of 13 September 2012 No. 158, the sale of alcohol products is prohibited to minors and therefore the User declares that they are of legal drinking age under the legislation applicable to the latter. The User also declares that those who receive any alcoholic products shall be of legal drinking age under legislation applicable to the latter.
